Who can join EDCU?
Membership of EDCU is open to all who wish to join and who are included in the Common Bond below:
Membership shall be limited to and consist of the signatories to the application to register the credit union and such other persons having the common bond of membership of the ASTI, and the RSTA, who were members of the credit union prior to retirement, staff of the ASTI, staff of the EDCU who were members as of 30th September 2015 and administrative staff, special needs assistants and other non-teaching staff employed in second level schools.
A person shall be treated as having the qualification required for admission to membership of the credit union if he/she is a member of the same household as, and is a member of the family of, another person who is a member of the credit union and who has a direct common bond with those other members.
